General Conditions

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase from Heart Galleries.

By submitting your order on-line you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors).

As the buyer, you warrant that all the details provided on the order form for the purpose of purchasing the goods by credit/debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and/or sufficient unused limit to cover the cost of the goods.

Pricing & Payment

The price quoted for each print is the mounted price, unless specifically stated to the contrary.

Heart Galleries will try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, however errors may still occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Due to fluctuating market values of Limited Edition prints, all prices are subject to change.

All goods offered for sale through our website are in Pounds Sterling (£). Customs and import duties are not included and the customer is responsible for any surcharges.

All prices Include VAT. VAT is not charged to or payable on orders taken from and delivered outside the UK and will be removed from orders placed on our system.

We accept payment by Cash, Cheque (drawn on a major UK bank) and we accept the following credit/debit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Switch and Solo.

 All funds must clear before the goods are despatched.

Delivery is currently free on all orders within the UK. Overseas customers must provide a contact name/number and email address and we will confirm the shipping costs before proceeding with the sale.

Returns Policy

• All orders are carefully checked prior to despatch. Occasionally, items are damaged, defective or unacceptable and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.
• We will do our best to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
• If the goods are damaged in-transit or faulty, please notify us within 3 days of receiving them. Keep all the packaging material and we will arrange to have the item returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you on a convenient date or to have a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason may be returned within 3 days for a refund. Goods that have been ordered in from the publishers specifically for you can be returned within 3 days but only a credit note for the full amount will be issued, less postage costs.  Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge and will be returned to us at your own cost with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods against loss or damage. You must contact us first for authorisation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• You will have the chance to refuse marketing e-mails from us.
• None of the information supplied by you will be provided to anyone outside of Heart Galleries.

Law and Jurisdiction

The contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between Heart Galleries and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
